Keep Your Lungs Strong During The COVID-19 Pandemic

Show: HER

There are a lot of things that our bodies need to survive. Eat, sleep, water. But technically you can go a few days without those - and you can't go more than maybe a few minutes without breathing.

Now, breathing deeply and correctly is hard enough most days, but especially now with the world in the state it's in, and all the anxiety that's coming along with that.

Kelly DiNardo is a writer and a yoga teacher, and talks all about breathing exercises and respiratory wellness during the COVID-19 pandemic.
