Have the Conversation: It’s Never Too Early to Talk to Your Loved Ones

While 90 percent of people think it’s important to talk to loved ones about end-of-life care, especially in the event of critical illness or injury, less than 30 percent actually have the conversation. Through the Long Beach Has the Conversation initiative, the Palliative Care Program at Long Beach Memorial provides resources and tips to help you “have the conversation”.

Listen as Katy Hyman, program coordinator, Palliative Care, Long Beach Memorial explains that while it may not be easy, it’s important.
