Drop It Like It’s Hot: The Swaddle

Few looming transitions feel as scary to newborn parents as dropping the swaddle, so it felt like the perfect first transition to walk you guys through in my new little mini series "Drop It Like It's Hot".

In this episode, I'll talk through all of it - what exactly a swaddle is (and isn't), when to consider dropping it (and why), and of course, how! Most importantly, I hope this episode gives you some encouragement as you contemplate what *feels* like a scary transition, that often times isn't as bad as you think!
