385: Waking In The Middle Of The Night And Anxiety

In this episode Gina Ryan answers a listener question regarding anxiety and sleep.

Insomnia is unfortunately very common in adults with one in three having occasional bouts and one in ten adults suffering with chronic insomnia. One of the problems caused by insomnia is anxiety! Regardless of which came first, anxiety or insomnia, we all do better with a good night's sleep and even one good night's sleep can put us on the road to recovery.
