Alec Zeck is a speaker, writer, & holistic health coach. Alec speaks about medical freedom, balancing mind/body/spirit, nutrition & reconnecting with nature, childhood trauma healing, natural health, and identifying and mitigating the effects of oppressive systems. He received his B.S. in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is the CEO of Health Freedom for Humanity and the host of The Way Forward podcast.
